Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Machine Operator specializing in assembly for their facility in Queenstown . This role is fundamental to our manufacturing process, requiring precision and efficiency in operating assembly machinery to produce high-quality components and finished goods. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining assembly equipment, ensuring that all products meet specified standards. This is a hands-on position for individuals committed to safe and effective production practices, contributing directly to the company’s output.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor assembly machinery according to production schedules and quality standards.
- Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Assemble components and products accurately and efficiently, following work instructions.
- Identify and report any machine malfunctions or product defects to supervisors.




- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to all safety regulations.
- Assist in quality control checks and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in an assembly line role is preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and diagrams.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to procedures.
- Willingness to work collaboratively within a production team.
