First Mate experience on a similar-sized sailing yacht , with strong navigation and leadership skills, proven rigging expertise and confident sail handling. Regatta experience is highly desirable, alongside a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards onboard. Candidates must hold their
OOW 3000 or Yachtmaster Ocean
