As we continue to expand across our Growth Markets, we're looking for a commercially driven, strategic, and inspirational Head of Sales to lead our multi-market sales operation and drive the next phase of growth. This is a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for shaping strategy, enhancing performance, and building a scalable sales operation across multiple countries, channels, and partners.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will own the end-to-end sales function across our Growth Markets portfolio, leading inbound, outbound, and retention teams to deliver ambitious growth objectives while ensuring exceptional customer outcomes and regulatory compliance. You'll lead both internal teams and outsourced partners, creating a high-performance sales culture that consistently delivers commercial success.
