This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of recruiting technology, helping drive the migration fromSAP SuccessFactors RecruitingtoSmartRecruiterswhile supporting AI-enabled hiring processes across an international organization.This position operates within a highly international environment and requiresEnglish proficiency at C1 level or aboveto collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams.What You’ll Be DoingLead and support the transition fromSAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/CSB)toSmartRecruiters .Define target recruiting processes and contribute to solution design workshops.Drive implementation, migration, testing, adoption, and continuous improvement activities.Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.Collaborate with general HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT stakeholders.Evaluate and implement AI-powered recruiting capabilities.Assess impacts on processes, integrations, data models,
