Glint Solar is seeking a Customer Success Manager for French-speaking accounts based in Madrid. You will own the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to renewal, driving commercial outcomes and expansion across France and French-speaking markets.
You will build consultative relationships, monitor usage and sentiment, and partner with product/engineering to translate feedback into roadmap priorities, while supporting scalable CS playbooks as the European presence grows.
