An opportunity for a Competence and Training Manager has arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe.

Responsibilities

- Identify training needs across Production staff (BC and WC).
- Support the setup of training sessions, ensuring trainee availability.
- Ensure the provision of trainers for each specific training session.
- Manage the Training Center, including room allocation, material availability, and maintenance.
- Identify and track competencies required within Operations.
- Monitor and follow up on competence management status across Operations teams.
- Identify and coordinate the necessary training actions to address competency gaps.
- Define KPIs and regularly update absenteeism analysis.
- Contribute to action plans and strategies aimed at improving workplace well-being and reducing absenteeism.
- This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in competence management, preferably within a large industrial or aerospace environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Availability for an interim/temporary assignment.
