We are looking for a

Database Administrator

with experience in

IBM i / OS400 environments

to join our IT team. Key Responsibilities

Administration, monitoring, performance tuning, backup and recovery of

DB2 databases . Database architecture, data modeling, DDL changes and impact analysis. Management of database structures, metadata, authorizations, data dictionaries and technical documentation. Administration and maintenance of database and data management tools. Management of data updates, data masking, data migrations and population of lower environments using anonymized data. Database performance and health monitoring, incident identification and troubleshooting. Implementation and management of database and tool changes. Management of software version control using

PTC / MKS .



Collaboration with application and development teams to optimize database performance and support new requirements. Required Technical Skills

COBOL, CLP and RPG Excel, VBA and Macros IBM i Access Client Solutions (ACS) SAP PowerDesigner Alteryx and Qlik Sense PTC / MKS Profile

Experience as a

Database Administrator , preferably in IBM i / AS400 environments. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Experience with database performance, data management and change control. Good communication and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and application teams.
