Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive the shift from traditional field tactics to technology- and data-enabled pharma marketing in Spain. You’ll engage senior marketers to co-create bespoke, evidence-led digital strategies that align with commercial realities. Your work translates prescribing insights into high-impact campaigns on M3 platforms, directly contributing to revenue growth. You’ll shape new service offerings and collaborate with M3 leadership to scale a modern, consultative commercial engine. Compensaciones / Ventajas * Lead the transition from headcount-driven tactics to technology- and data-powered marketing across accounts * Build and present technology- and data-driven marketing strategies to senior brand managers and digital leads * Translate prescribing insights into structured communication plans and high-impact campaigns on M3 platforms * Collaborate with M3 group MDs to shape commercial approach, define value propositions, and drive revenue growth * Identify opportunities beyond pharma promotion,
