Your mission is clear: turn it into a major revenue channel by converting more users, increasing repeat purchases, and giving people compelling reasons to keep coming back.You’ll own everything within CRM, from onboarding and first purchase to retention and reactivation, across email, push notifications, in-product messaging, and promotions.You’ll report directly to Thomas Lacroix, our Co-founder and CMO, with the freedom to rethink journeys,
