Experteer Overview In this Senior Leader role, you will shape the AVS ecosystem by driving digital integrations across global markets. You will translate global priorities into regional execution, lead a cross-functional team, and ensure customer integrations meet high standards. You’ll optimize data flows, security, and interoperability to enable seamless digital health services. - Set regional vision and operating rhythm for Digital Architects, Project Managers, and technical specialists
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional team with clear ownership and documentation
- Translate global AVS priorities into regional execution plans
- Own regional AVS integration for devices, software, and SaaS/SaMD offerings
- Drive customer connectivity and interoperability (TCP/IP, DICOM, HL7, FHIR, EHR/EMR, PACS, network requirements)
- Define data-flow maps and integration designs focusing on workflow, security, privacy, and readiness
- Oversee project plans, surveys, readiness docs, SOPs, playbooks, SOW support, and stakeholder expectations
- Manage installation phases, risk, issues, changes, status, and handoffs
- Act as regional escalation lead for complex technical or cross-functional issues




- Define and monitor KPIs/OKRs for installation timing, integration quality, and customer experience
- Identify gaps, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement across tools and processes
- Collaborate with Commercial, Service, Clinical, Legal, Ru0026D, Product Engineering, IT, Security/Privacy, customers, and vendorsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years leading technical, architecture, project delivery, or cross-functional digital integration teams
- 10+ years in IT platforms, healthcare technology, or systems integration (preferred)
- 5+ years working with healthcare customers and delivering integration solutions
- Experience with medical device or healthcare IT environments, including customer service and contractual commitments
- Proven project management discipline (plans, risks, issues, change management, documentation)
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills with diverse audiences
- Fluency in English
- Occasional after-hours availability
