We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our automotive team as French Speaking Customer Experts for Mercedes-Benz position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed records in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication across the integral automotive network

- Uphold the Mercedes-Benz legacy of excellence through proactive communication and professional problem-solving

Requirements

- Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role





- Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency in Greece

- A genuine passion for the automotive industry and high-end client service

- Excellent communication skills and an ability to convey technical automotive concepts clearly

- Strong digital literacy and experience with professional customer interaction platforms
