KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting and Monthly Closing

- Record and account for supplier invoices, expenses, and other accounting transactions.
- Review the correct accounting and analytical allocation of transactions, including the appropriate dimensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on items pending identification or reconciliation.
- Assist with monthly closing tasks, ensuring that records and documentation are complete within established deadlines.
- Keep accounting documentation organized and up to date.

Accounts Payable and Payment Management

- Manage supplier invoices, verifying the information required for accurate accounting.
- Monitor due dates and prepare payments in accordance with internal procedures.
- Identify and resolve issues related to invoices, suppliers, and payments, coordinating with the relevant stakeholders.

Taxation and Auditing

- Assist in the preparation of periodic tax obligations and the documentation required for their submission.
- Prepare and organize information requested by external tax advisors.
- Provide support during external audits by supplying requested documentation and addressing inquiries related to accounting transactions.

Process and Tool Management





- Work regularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to record, consult, and review accounting information.
- Follow established internal procedures and contribute to maintaining the quality and traceability of financial information.
- Identify and communicate any issues or discrepancies that may affect accounting, payments, or the monthly closing process.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who meet the following requirements:

EXPERIENCE

- At least 2 years of prior experience in accounting, financial administration, or accounts payable management.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial accounting and the accounting cycle.
- Proficiency in Excel and office software tools.
- Educational background in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
