As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to a portfolio of clients, helping them leverage Gartner's research, experts, tools, and insights to make informed business decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.

You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, drive client engagement, and play a key role in strengthening long-term client partnerships through consistent value delivery.

Drive engagement, value realization, and ongoing utilization of Gartner services.

Leverage client insights and engagement data to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.

Fluency in English at a professional business level.

~ Spanish, French, Arabic, Dutch, German, Italian, Norwegian, or Swedish.

~4+ years of relevant professional experience in customer success, account management, consulting, advisory, client services, or similar client-facing roles.

~ Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

~ Bachelor's degree.

Experience managing executive-level client relationships.

Experience within professional services,



research, consulting, technology, SaaS, or advisory environments.

Experience using data and insights to drive client engagement and retention.
