Your primary day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Receiving, logging, and returning watches and jewelry items submitted by clients for repair.

- Performing simple technical tasks on the spot at the service stand, specifically changing watch batteries and adjusting metal bracelets.

- Ensuring accurate documentation and clear communication with customers about their service requests.

- Providing dependable, friendly, and professional assistance at the service counter throughout your shift.

What you need to bring to the role:

- Essential prior experience and/or vocational training in customer service and dealing with the general public.

- Language skills are valued, helping you assist both local residents and international visitors across Palma.

- Manual dexterity, precision, and an interest in handling delicate timepieces.

- A proactive mindset and strong communication skills. You do not need prior watchmaker certification, as the company provides all necessary training in basic watchmaking.

What this position offers:

- A net monthly salary of 1,000 euros.
