Experteer Overview In this role you will join Revolut’s Risk function to strengthen the first line of defence for the Wealth and Trading team. You will apply analytical thinking to shape sustainable growth within operational risk frameworks and elevate risk management practices. You’ll work across functions to identify and mitigate risks, design controls, and report on risk status. This is a chance to influence risk governance at scale in a fast-growing global fintech. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support Revolut’s mission.

Responsabilidades -

2+ years of experience in operational risk management or management consulting within financial services

2:1 degree from a top university

Knowledge of wealth and trading processes

Experience interpreting and organising complex data into actionable insights

Proven track record of achievement in academic, professional, or sporting contexts

Ability to quickly assume responsibilitiesOrganised and methodical approach

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
