Docplanner seeks a Staff Engineer to set the technical direction for the Marketplace, the patient-facing platform used across millions of searches, profiles, and bookings. You will steer the migration from a PHP monolith to a modern monorepo, with AI-native approaches and clear contracts that other products can consume. You will lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, and build reusable building blocks that accelerate the entire portfolio.
