About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic French-speaking Freelance Customer Engagement Specialists who enjoy connecting with people, gathering information, and creating opportunities for our clients.
Our client supports international companies with:
- Lead generation and qualification
- Appointment setting

- Customer and prospect outreach
- Data validation and database enrichment
- Customer satisfaction and follow-up campaigns
This is not a hard-sales role. The focus is on building professional relationships, gathering valuable information, and helping clients connect with the right people.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will:
- Contact companies and professionals by telephone.
- Identify opportunities and qualify potential leads.
- Conduct market research and information-gathering activities.
- Schedule appointments for sales and business development teams.
- Validate and enrich customer data and CRM records.
- Accurately document conversations and outcomes.
- Represent our clients in a professional and positive manner.
Your Profile
- You enjoy talking to people and building rapport.
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, and self-motivated.
- You communicate professionally and work accurately.
- You value long-term relationships and excellent customer experiences.
- You enjoy working independently while being part of a collaborative team.
Requirements
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
- Excellent French language skills, spoken and written.
- Good command of English.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home-office environment.
- Strong communication and telephone skills.
- Independent, flexible, and results-oriented working style.
