The Local Sales Enablement Manager ensures global sales enablement initiatives are successfully implemented within their respective geography. This role bridges general strategy and local execution, adapting and cascading enablement programs to meet regional needs while maintaining consistency with global standards, messaging, and value propositions.This role partners closely with local sales leadership to understand local priorities and represent those interests in the broader sales enablement strategy.

Native or business-fluent proficiency in English, French, and Spanish , with the ability to read, write, speak, and present information effectively in each language.

Localisation of Global Initiatives: Adapt global enablement programs, content and processes for the Continental Europe market.

Ensure local relevance while maintaining consistency with global standards and messaging

Implement Local Sales Plays

Translate global sales plays into clear,



actionable steps sellers can execute in the local market.

Partner with local sales leadership to drive execution and adoption of priority plays.

Create local sales plays aligned with market needs.

Coordinate and support the onboarding of new sales hires across Continental Europe, ensuring they complete the required global journey and receive relevant local market onboarding.

Identify regional sales capability needs and coordinate relevant sales skills training in partnership with global Enablement and local subject matter experts.

Content & Messaging Alignment

~ Maintain alignment with global value propositions and messaging while capturing relevant local market variations.

Partner with Continental Europe sales leadership to identify capability gaps, field needs and enablement priorities.

Bring regional insights and seller feedback back into the global Enablement team to inform future prio
