SKA Technology Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, preparing technical proposals and quotations, and promoting the company's engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential projects.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, developers, and other industry stakeholders.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, tender submissions, and technical proposals.

- Review project specifications, tender documents, drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BQ).

- Coordinate with internal technical, project, and procurement teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements.

- Conduct customer visits, site visits, product presentations, and project meetings.

- Follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.





- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer records.

Qualifications

-

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, project sales, business development, or the M&E; industry.

- Experience in tender preparation, quotation management, and technical proposals is an advantage.

- Knowledge of ELV systems, system integration, building automation, or related engineering solutions is an added advantage.

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

- Willing to travel for customer meetings and project site visits.

- Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
