At Sandvik Mining, we're looking for an experienced commercial leader to take ownership of our Ground Support business across Northern Europe.
This is a high-impact leadership role with full accountability for business growth, profitability, market expansion and customer success. You'll combine strategic thinking, technical expertise and commercial acumen to strengthen Sandvik's market position and deliver sustainable growth across the region.
Working closely with customers, sales teams and general stakeholders, you'll drive business performance, introduce innovative solutions and help shape the future of Ground Support Division in one of the world's leading mining technology companies.
Own the Ground Support business across Sales Area Northern Europe, including revenue, profitability, forecasting and market share growth.
Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with regional and global priorities.
Identify new opportunities, expand customer penetration and accelerate business performance.
Drive business development and growth initiatives across Northern Europe.
Support Sales Managers and Key Account Managers in identifying and winning new business opportunities.
Provide market, industry and application expertise to the commercial organization.
Develop and deliver sales enablement, training and best-practice sharing across the region.
Represent the business in relevant industry forums and networks.
Lead Technical & Commercial Excellence
Support product performance evaluations, audits and technical improvement initiatives.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Business Line team.
Partner across functions and business lines to unlock growth opportunities and maximize customer value.
5 years of experience within mining, ground support, underground operations, industrial equipment or a related industry.
