This is a broad, hands-on role covering customer onboarding, customer success, payments, internal operations, and cross-functional projects. Drive cross-functional projects and make sure priorities, owners and deadlines are clear

Coordinate across Commercial, Product, Engineering and Finance when projects require multiple teams

Experience in a scale-up, consulting, investment banking, fintech or similar

~ Strong project management and organisational skills

~ Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data and metrics

~ Experience in banking, payments, fintech, or regulated environments is a strong plus
