Major Areas of Responsibility
- You are responsible for the overall control of the sales function in your division.
- You are responsible for setting sales strategies, control of the branch, field and national accounts sales-forces, achievement of agreed sales volumes and the development of future sales plans.
- You are responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives.
- You are responsible to control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- You are responsible for the development of business and actively busy trying to organize and expand your market.
- You are responsible to check and identify accounts that are likely to become a bad debt or "zero balance" account and contact the clients to retain them.
- You will be the primary and / or secondary point of contact for customers and will receive and answer calls from the clients or client service units in relation to the clients' requests or questions.
- You are responsible to register all activities through our CRM system.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
Required Education and Experience:
- Professional Education degree or equivalent experience
- Essential: Proven experience within a network infrastructure vendor or systems integrator, with a strong understanding of the enterprise networking market.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a sales position.
- Indispensable minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management position (+5 commercials).
- Essential experience in IT Infrastructure (switches, firewall solutions, routers...).
- Must have a solid understanding of IP/Ethernet based Networks and Services.
- Proven track record in business to business or channel sales.
- Controlling the English language in writing and speaking. xghoner

Highly competitive package including a €70,000-€80,000 base salary, €30,000-€40,000 performance bonus, and company car.
