At Beiersdorf Manufacturing Tres Cantos, we are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team and support the financial performance of our manufacturing site.

This position offers a unique opportunity to combine financial analysis with business partnering, working closely with operational teams and international stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute to key controlling, reporting, and planning processes while gaining a broad understanding of both the business and the manufacturing environment. The role is based on the official job description.

Your Responsibilities

- Support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Monitor costs, budgets and financial KPIs.
- Analyze business performance and explain variances.
- Support product costing and financial reporting activities.
- Collaborate with Operations and other factory functions to provide financial insights.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and cost awareness initiatives.
- Work with SAP and other digital tools to support financial processes.

Your Profile

What We Are Looking For

- Experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A; or Accounting.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly valued.




- Fluent English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Curiosity to understand the business behind the numbers.
- Adaptability and resilience in a changing environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
