The corporate planning team, in collaboration with other areas of the bank and its subsidiaries, prepares income statement, balance sheet, and solvency projections for multiple scenarios and time horizons (for example: CaixaBank Group budgeting, Strategic Planning projections, and estimates of the impact of adverse scenarios, including regulatory uses (ICAAP, EBA Stress Test, ...). The mission of the Models and Projection Solutions (MSP) team is to transform the team and streamline and systematize how data informs decisions through data science and new technology projects.
