Support executive and hard-to-fill recruitment processes, including interview coordination, candidate communications and overall documentation administration.



Assist with Almirall's critical roles' external talent pipelining, including talent attraction campaigns, events and university partnerships. Manage recruitment documentation, reporting and ATS databases. Assist in market research, talent intelligence and competitor benchmarking activities whenever applicable. Prepare presentations, reports and communication materials for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding projects. Provide administrative and coordination support for Learning, Performance and Talent Development initiatives when required.
