We are looking for a hands-on UX leader to establish and grow the UX function at T-Robotics. Starting as an individual contributor, you will focus on deeply understanding our customers and securing usability as the foundation of our product experience. About the Role This is a unique opportunity to shape the long-term UX vision in a new field—industrial robotics—where design excellence and usability can redefine how people interact with machines. Key Responsibilities * Lead qualitative and quantitative research to deeply understand customer needs through continuous feedback loops. * Translate findings into actionable insights that guide product strategy and design. * Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure insights directly inform priorities and solutions.



* Establish UX principles, standards, and governance that ensure consistency and usability. Required Skills and Qualifications * Proven experience (5+ years) in UX research and design, ideally within complex B2B or industrial software products. * Strong track record of leading user research and translating insights into product direction. * Solid understanding of usability principles and user-centered design methods. * Experience defining UX principles, processes, and design systems.
