Are you a qualified nurse looking to advance your healthcare career in Mallorca? A hospital clinic in Palma is seeking 8 dedicated professionals to join their inpatient care team.

In this position, you provide high-quality clinical care to hospitalized patients on-site in Palma, ensuring their recovery, comfort, and safety within a collaborative hospital setting.

Your key responsibilities in the inpatient unit include: * Providing comprehensive nursing care to hospitalized patients according to established healthcare protocols. * Conducting initial clinical assessments and continuously monitoring patient health status, including vital signs tracking and noting any relevant changes. * Administering prescribed medications and treatments, managing intravenous therapies, and collecting biological samples. * Managing and maintaining central and peripheral vascular accesses, catheters, drains, and other medical devices. * Assisting with diagnostic examinations, mobilizing patients properly, and supporting clinical interventions. * Coordinating closely with medical teams and multidisciplinary staff for treatment planning and hospital discharge. * Educating patients and their families on post-treatment care and updating clinical records in the digital system.

To succeed in this role,



you bring the following qualifications: * A recognized university degree in Nursing (Grado or second-cycle degree). * Native or bilingual Spanish proficiency (C2 required); Catalan knowledge (B2 level) is valued. * Relevant nursing experience of 3 months or more is an advantage. * Familiarity with central vascular access care, safe medication handling, patient mobilization techniques, and digital vital sign monitoring systems. * Dedication to infection control, hygiene procedures, and patient safety protocols.

What the position offers: * A permanent full-time contract (contrato fijo). * A gross annual salary of €32,063.40, distributed across 12 monthly payments. * Rotating shift schedule from Monday to Sunday across three turns: 08:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 22:00, and 22:00 to 08:00. * Two consecutive days off per week. * Start date scheduled for October 26, 2026.
