We are looking for a Sales Associate (30hrs/week) for our store in Madrid, a passionate, inspiring, and highly driven individual who embodies our values.

Your Role & Impact

Client & Business Development

- Provide exceptional and personalized customer service, ensuring every client has a positive and memorable shopping experience aligned with brand standards
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients implementing CRM strategies to drive loyalty and repurchase behavior

Store Operations
- Support the store's daily operations, including opening and closing, inventory receiving and transfers, and stock organization
- Ensure the store is always impeccably presented and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines
- Stay informed on product knowledge,



seasonal launches, brand stories, and actively share insights with customers and teammates
- Contribute to achieve sales goals and KPIs
- Provide feedback to the Store Manager on client behavior, bestsellers, slow movers, and product opportunities
- Support the planning and execution of in-store events or activations to introduce new customers to the Ma Chérie universe

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 or 3 years of experience in retail or boutique sales, ideally in wellness or cosmetics
- Strong empathy and communication skills with a natural ability to inspire
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills
- Deep focus on client service excellence
- Passion for wellness, beauty and sustainability retail
