The person who joins will be present in daily operations and very close to information systems and technical profiles, so team leadership capacity is required. Work will be carried out with a focus on the quality of the projects. Applications will be considered from Barcelona and the surrounding area, as there will be very occasional customer visits. Must Have Skills Solid and testable experience in process analysis and management of technological projects Fluent in Catalan (required for customer interaction)Familiarity in the application of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)University education Team leadership capacity Experience in requirements taking and analysis Ability to measure, monitor,
