N26 is seeking a Compliance & Prevention Associate to join the Complaints Management & Prevention team. You will execute regulatory remediation deliverables, perform in-depth RCA, and enforce compliance checks on complaint handling across markets, with a focus on Germany. Reporting to the Complaints Compliance & Prevention Manager, you will document processes, compile audit evidence (ToD/ToE), and support QA of outputs while maintaining BaFin MaBeschwer, PSD2, and MaComp standards.
