Experteer Overview In this role you will be a senior member of a self-managed delivery team focused on the high-throughput connectivity layer that drives our search and supplier traffic. You will shape technical direction, build in C# and Go, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and reliability. You’ll ship safely in a high-volume environment with feature flags and incremental rollouts, while mentoring others and contributing to a culture of trust and collaboration. Responsabilidades • 5+ years of backend software development with production experience in C# (.NET) and/or Go (ideally both) • Strong .NET performance knowledge (async/await internals, garbage collector, Span and pooling) • Solid understanding of concurrency and multithreading (thread safety, locking, race conditions, deadlocks) • Working knowledge of Linux and HTTP clients (HTTP/1.1/2, connection pooling, TLS, DNS, timeouts, cancellation) • Hands-on experience benchmarking and profiling; diagnosing CPU/memory/GC issues with real tooling • Experience shipping safely in high-traffic production systems using feature flags, incremental rollout, rollback, metrics and tracing • Effective everyday use of AI coding tools • Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
