We are looking for a highly strategic Data Strategist, AI to define how data is leveraged, governed, and activated across AI-powered solutions. This role will serve as the bridge between business, data, and artificial intelligence, ensuring that diverse data assets are transformed into actionable intelligence that drives better decision-making, customer experiences, and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in data strategy and marketing intelligence with a strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies. They will collaborate closely with Data, AI, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to shape the data foundations that power next-generation AI solutions.

Data Strategy & Leadership

Define and evolve the global data strategy that supports AI-driven products, solutions, and capabilities.

Develop strategic frameworks for sourcing, integrating, enriching, and activating data across multiple ecosystems.

Identify opportunities to maximize the value of first-party, third-party, media, transactional, attitudinal, and identity data.

Partner with AI, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure data strategies support Machine Learning, Generative AI, and advanced analytics initiatives.

Translate business and client objectives into scalable data requirements that enable intelligent decision-making.

Influence AI roadmap priorities by identifying opportunities and gaps within the current data ecosystem.

Data Architecture & Intelligence Frameworks

Lead the design and evolution of taxonomies, ontologies, signal frameworks,



and data models that enable consistent intelligence across global markets.

Establish best practices for data quality, standardization, and interoperability.

Define measurement and intelligence frameworks that drive marketing effectiveness and business performance.

Promote data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI principles across all initiatives.

Ensure compliance with integral data regulations and organizational standards.

Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and clients on data maturity, data readiness, and AI enablement.

Communicate complex data concepts in a clear and compelling way to senior business leaders.

Drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams in a complex, global environment.

7-10+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Analytics Strategy, Marketing Intelligence, or a related consulting role.

- Proven experience developing and executing data strategies in global or multi-market organizations.
- Experience working across complex data ecosystems and multiple data sources.
- Strong track record of collaborating with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams.

Deep understanding of media, customer, transactional, attitudinal, and identity data ecosystems.

Experience designing data frameworks, taxonomies, data models, and governance structures.

Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), identity resolution, and measurement frameworks.

Understanding of data privacy regulations and responsible AI practices.

Knowledge of modern data architectures and data activation strategies.

Ability to translate complex data challenges into business value.

Comfortable operating in fast-paced, global,



and highly collaborative environments.

Experience leading or influencing enterprise-wide or global data strategy initiatives.

Background in media, marketing services, consulting, technology platforms, or digital transformation.

Experience developing Data Governance and Responsible AI frameworks.

Exposure to data-driven transformation programs at scale.
