To support our Product Development team we are searching for a Product Owner (f/m/d) to be based in our Barcelona office. As a product owner, you will own and evolve the vision and roadmap for a digital E-commerce product and strive to maximize value and business impact. You will follow a customer-centric approach, striving to understand their expectations and exceed them, and gain an appreciation of our partner brands, delivering an ecommerce experience befitting their standards. You will be accountable for ordering and managing the Product Backlog, writing Product Backlog Items together with Stakeholders, QAs, and Developers, and running effective product backlog refinements, sprint plannings, and sprint reviews, involving stakeholders and end-users for a closed feedback loop.



You have the ability to assess and balance business needs, ordering the backlog effectively, and are understanding technical areas of the platform, being able to assess solution options with the team, balancing outcomes with business impact and long-term and short-term strategy for the product. You possess a forward-thinking mindset with an understanding of how AI can strategically benefit the discovery phases and enhance the overall product development lifecycle. You have an understanding of ecommerce metrics and are able to make data-driven decisions. You will be a confident communicator, both face-to-face and remote, running discovery workshops, long-term planning, and presenting ideas to senior management.

Up to 32 days of holiday, depending on the length of service, starting with 28 days (excluding public holidays and weekends)
