Lead Deckhand for 46m M/Y, private/charter. Yacht master required.
We are looking for a fit, energetic Lead Deckhand. You must be able to stand bridge watch and confidently drive a 11.5m tender with triple outboards.
Vessel will be wintering in Spain and then heading to the Baltic for the summer (2027).

4/1 schedule
B/1 visa (preferably), Schengen visa (if applicable), STCW, ENG1, Yacht Master
Start: November 1st
Salary: $4500 pm
