We are looking for an experienced NOC Infrastructure Administrator to join our team remotely. The NOC Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for monitoring administration and operational support of Linux Windows and cloud-based infrastructure in a 24/7 production environment. This role focuses on maintaining system availability resolving technical issues supporting operational processes and ensuring the stability and performance of critical business systems.
As part of a round-the-clock operations team the successful candidate will participate in a rotating shift schedule and play a key role in supporting mission-critical infrastructure and services.
The ideal candidate has strong system administration experience solid troubleshooting skills and hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms virtualization technologies networking fundamentals and infrastructure monitoring tools.
Responsibilities

- Provide operational support for a 24/7 NOC environment supporting Linux and Windows-based systems.
- Operate maintain and manage Linux and Windows systems supporting production operations.
- Perform data backup and recovery activities.
- Monitor manage and maintain Linux and Windows servers and applications.
- Create and maintain environment-specific operating procedures and documentation.
- Create manage and maintain user accounts and group memberships in Active Directory.
- Perform daily system monitoring ensuring system integrity availability and successful completion of scheduled jobs and backups.
- Define prioritize troubleshoot and resolve support requests in an organized and efficient manner.
- Administer and monitor cloud-based infrastructure and managed services.
- Develop maintain and utilize automation scripts using Bash PowerShell Python or similar technologies.
- Assist with patch management in Linux and Windows environments.




- Create and maintain operational configuration and knowledge base documentation.
- Lead shift operations when required.

Qualifications :

- 4 years of experience in Linux and Windows system administration.
- Experience supporting production infrastructure in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration.
- Experience with system and application monitoring in production environments
- Hands-on knowledge of networking concepts including DNS TCP/IP DHCP IP networking and network troubleshooting.
- Experience administering Microsoft infrastructure technologies including Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policy and Windows Security.
- Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies such as AWS Azure VMware and Hyper-V.
- Experience developing automation scripts using Bash PowerShell Python or similar scripting languages.
- Working knowledge of SQL queries and database troubleshooting.
- Experience with web server administration and configuration.
- Experience working with enterprise monitoring tools such as Nagios Datadog Jira Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Experience managing incidents documenting resolutions and following operational procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to systems and processes.
