Position: Cooling Water Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: Germany (Krefeld) | Spain (Tarragona) | Serbia (Belgrade, Pančevo)

Your Responsibilities:

- Design, Procurement, Installation and commissioning of cooling water pumps, heat exchangers, and cooling towers
- Managing and optimizing chemical dosing and water treatment systems
- Conducting water analyses and deriving corrective actions
- Coordinating with production, maintenance, and external service providers
- Preparing operating procedures, risk assessments, and technical reports
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., VDI 2047, local environmental regulations)





Your Profile:

- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Technology, or a related field
- Experience in cooling water treatment, water chemistry, or industrial utilities
- Knowledge of corrosion control, biocide management, and instrumentation & control systems
- Good communication skills in English; German is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, responsible working style
