About the role In the Insights Services area, our mission is to deliver standard analytical tools & insights of a loyalty program with more than 120M users to 25+ countries and international departments. In this Role * Identify opportunities to optimize our product portfolio. * Define and monitor key usage metrics to understand product consumption patterns. * Conduct user research and feedback sessions to uncover unaddressed analytical needs. * Conduct hands‐on exploratory analysis on data assets to test business hypotheses and quantify potential product value. * Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories, technical specifications and clear acceptance criteria for analytical products. * Collaborate with the Product Owner and Squad Tech Lead to prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, effort and strategic alignment. Required Skills * SQL knowledge. * Technical literacy.
