The Role At Kyndryl, we are helping clients transform their businesses through the adoption of Artificial Intelligence. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will work on the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks.



You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to build production-ready AI solutions, explore emerging technologies, and help clients unlock value from AI-driven innovation. Key Responsibilities: Design and Build AI Solutions * Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). * Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. * Build and integrate AI agents and multi-agent workflows. * Develop scalable services and APIs to support AI use cases. * Participate in the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from prototyping to production deployment. AI Innovation and Experimentation * Evaluate new models, frameworks, and AI technologies. * Contribute to Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and innovation initiatives. * Benchmark AI models and assess solution performance, cost, and scalability. * Explore emerging trends in Agentic AI and Generative AI. Enterprise Integration * Integrate AI solutions
