Privacy & AI Risk Specialist

About the Role

We are supporting a global organisation looking for a Privacy & AI Risk Specialist to join its growing compliance function.

This role will focus on conducting privacy and AI risk assessments, supporting regulatory compliance and embedding privacy by design and responsible AI practices across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct privacy and AI risk assessments across products, services and third parties.
- Support the development and improvement of privacy and AI governance frameworks.
- Monitor risks, track mitigation actions and maintain compliance documentation.
- Produce KPI reports and dashboards to support risk monitoring.
- Support privacy and AI training and awareness initiatives.
- Collaborate with legal, technology and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements
- Experience in privacy,



data protection or compliance.
- Good understanding of general data protection regulations.
- Experience using OneTrust or similar privacy management tools.
- Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Must already have the legal right to work in the country of employment, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Desirable
- IAPP certification (CIPP/E, CIPM or similar).
- Power BI or reporting experience.
- Understanding of software development processes.
- Exposure to AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
