? What will be your mission?

We are looking for an experienced
PMO – Project Management Officer




to support project governance, budget management and operational activities within an international IT environment.

You will work closely with different teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective project monitoring, financial accuracy, reporting and communication across the organization.

? What will you do?
- Manage
project budgets, cost tracking and financial reconciliation

- Monitor project progress, timelines, resources and key deliverables.
- Prepare
monthly reports, KPIs and management dashboards
using Excel and Power BI.
- Manage time tracking processes and ensure accurate reporting of presente costs and resource allocation.
- Support
change management
initiatives related to IT services and workplace environments.
- Coordinate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders and management.
