About the Role Our client is a major player in the integral telecommunications industry, with a strong footprint in Spain and international operations across Europe and Latin America. The Madrid hub drives a large part of the group's tech transformation: network modernization, digital platforms, data and AI initiatives, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure. To support this growth, the company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will combine hands-on tech recruitment with the delivery of broader HR projects, including the internal mobility program across the group's geographies. Location: Madrid, Spain, hybrid (3 days on-site) Start date: ASAP Industry: Telecommunications Contract: Permanent (Contrato indefinido) Mission * Manage end-to-end recruitment on tech roles across software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity and network engineering * Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to scope openings, align on profiles, and steer the selection process * Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, the internal ATS,



employee referrals and direct approach * Drive HR projects beyond pure recruitment, with a strong focus on the international mobility program (process design, cross-country coordination, candidate experience) * Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company in the local tech ecosystem * Track and report on recruitment KPIs, pipeline health and time-to-hire to support data-driven decisions Technical Environment * ATS & sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, enterprise ATS (Workday, SuccessFactors or equivalent), Boolean search * Tech stacks recruited: Java, Python, .NET, JS/TS, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Network * HR tools: Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, mobility and relocation platforms * Languages used internally: Spanish, English Required Skills * Must have: 3 to 4 years of experience in tech recruitment, agency or in-house * Solid track record on full-cycle recruitment for engineering, data o
