EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a large-scale international manufacturing organisation to recruit a Supply Chain Manager for its Barcelona operation. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for end-to-end Supply Chain, leading a team of approximately 5 to 6 people. The primary focus will be Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Production Planning, ensuring demand, capacity, materials and inventory are effectively aligned. Key Responsibilities * Lead Supply, Demand and Production Planning. * Drive S&OP;, capacity planning and inventory optimisation. * Ensure strong customer service and OTIF performance. * Manage supplier performance and support procurement activities. * Lead and develop the Supply Chain team.



* Drive continuous improvement across Supply Chain operations. * Partner closely with manufacturing and wider business functions. Candidate Profile * 5+ years' Supply Chain experience within manufacturing, FMCG or food & beverage. * Strong planning experience is essential. * Experience with S&OP;, inventory and material planning. * Proven people leadership experience. * Hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment. * ERP/MRP knowledge and strong Excel skills. * Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working close to the operation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
