Описание We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Manager to drive the delivery and international rollout of personalized promotions within a digital loyalty application. Working closely with the Product Owner, engineering teams, designers, and international stakeholders, you will focus on backlog management, product readiness, and data-driven decisions to support adoption across multiple European markets. Задачи * Manage and prioritise the product backlog in JIRA, creating clear user stories and technical specifications for engineering teams. * Collaborate with Tech Leads, developers, and designers throughout the sprint cycle to deliver high-quality product features. * Coordinate with external platform partners and internal teams to manage dependencies and maintain progress on integrations. * Coordinate product launches across multiple markets, adapting features to support expansion into new European countries. * Define and monitor product KPIs and experiments, using data to prioritise initiatives and evaluate business outcomes. * Document product specifications, decisions,



and release notes in Confluence while identifying risks and driving timely decisions.
