MDPI seeks an Conference Organizer to lead the planning and execution of academic conferences and related events in Barcelona, with on-site delivery (and online options). You will coordinate stakeholders, manage abstracts, registrations, marketing assets, and budgets under the Conference Manager’s supervision.
The role requires a degree in event management, 2–5 years of experience, native Spanish and fluent English, and familiarity with academic publishing.
