Your Role in the Team
- Trade Processing: Ensure all client trades are sent correctly and in a timely manner to the Transfer Agents responsible for each fund.
- Confirmation Management:



Verify that all trade confirmations are received accurately and sent to clients for payment of subscriptions or receipt of redemption proceeds.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding trade statuses and confirmations.
- Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all trades and confirmations.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to trade processing and confirmations.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports on trade activities and operational performance.
