- English C1 or higher– written and spoken.
- +5 years of experiencecreating advanced software packages in enterprise environments.
- +5 years of experiencemanaging end-to-end software packaging requests, coordinating multiple requests simultaneously.
- Strong expertise inscripting:PowerShell, Ansible, PSADT.
- Solid hands-on experience withsoftware packaging tools(e.g.,Orca) and formats such asMSI, MSIX, Intunewin.
- Proven experience insoftware distribution platforms:Microsoft SCCMandIntune.
- Valuable experience integratingpackaging processesinto broader IT service and deployment workflows.




- Knowledge ofnetworks,databases(e.g.,SQL, MongoDB),software development, andAPI management.
- Solid experience working withAgile,ITIL, or similar service management methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to interact with bothtechnical teamsandbusiness stakeholders, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Clearinternal customer orientationand commitment tocontinuous improvement.
- Degree inComputer Engineeringor equivalent.
- Own theend-to-end lifecycleof software packaging requests: intake, analysis, registration, package creation, testing, delivery, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate closely withIT and business teamsto understand needs, define optimal solutions, and prioritize tasks according to business impact.
- Design, build, customize, and maintain complexsoftware packages (MSI, MSIX, Intunewin, etc.), ensuring compatibility, stability, and compliance with corporate standards.
