The role

We're looking for an International Sales Manager to drive GOTA's commercial growth and bring our products to new customers, partners and markets.

You'll take ownership of our B2B sales development, with a strong focus on Germany and Spain, while identifying opportunities across other European markets.

From opening new retail accounts and building distributor relationships to developing partnerships with hotels, companies and hospitality groups, you'll play a central role in expanding GOTA's presence.

This is a hands-on position with real responsibility. You'll work on commercial strategy, but you'll also be the person making calls, meeting potential partners, negotiating agreements and closing deals.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, spots opportunities and gets things moving.

The goal is simple: get GOTA onto more shelves, into more kitchens and onto more tables.

What you'll do
- Drive B2B sales growth across our existing markets, particularly Germany and Spain, while exploring opportunities in new markets.
- Identify,



approach and win new customers, including independent retailers, retail chains, hotels, hospitality businesses and corporate clients.
- Build and manage distributor relationships, from initial conversations and commercial negotiations to long-term partnerships.
- Develop new sales channels, including corporate gifting, seasonal campaigns and strategic collaborations.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating, closing and growing accounts.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers, supporting repeat orders and identifying opportunities to expand their business with GOTA.
- Develop commercial plans, sales targets and market-specific initiatives, working closely with the rest of the team.
- Represent GOTA in meetings, customer visits and relevant industry events, building lasting relationships with our partners.
