The Role:As a Customer Success Manager you'll manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on retention, development, and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing long-term client relationships (C-level to operations).
- Retaining and developing a strong customer portfolio of 90-100 accounts
- Preventing churn while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitoring KPIs and achieving monthly retention and sales growth targets.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Product,



and Marketing teams.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.
- Background in the MarTech industry (preferred).
- Fluent Spanish and English (essential)
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Planhat, ChurnZero, or Custify is a plus.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
