DFDS Spain seeks an IT Support Engineer to join a multinational team supporting the Company’s computer and telephony systems. You will provide first- and second-line IT support, install PCs, document service desk calls, and assist across sites and vessels, including on-call Severity 1 incidents.
The role requires at least 2 years of IT support experience, solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, DNS, Active Directory, Citrix, and LAN Patching, with English as the working language.
