Avomind is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition specialist to join our global team. You will manage both outbound and inbound recruitment, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub and Google X-Ray, and conduct screening calls to assess fit for our roles.
You’ll coordinate interview logistics with Project and Client Managers, advise on candidate landscape trends, and own the end-to-end candidate experience, helping Avomind attract top talent with a fast, versátil remote work setup.
